Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Papparazo™ tags are intact, and securely seal the box with the new label on top.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
